AN ORDINANCE to incorporate the society known as the Moratuwa Social Service Society.

[Date of Commencement: 14th September, 1942]

1. Short title.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Moratuwa Social Service Society Ordinance.

2. Incorporation.

From and after the date of the commencement of this Ordinance, the members for the time being of the Moratuwa Social Service Society (hereinafter referred to as the "Society”) and such and so many persons as shall after that date be members of the society shall be and become a body corporate (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation”) with perpetual succession under the name and style of "The Moratuwa Social Service Society” and by that name may sue and be sued in all courts.
